Compton Clambakes uses the highest quality fresh, local ingredients. The clambake can cost anywhere from 25 to 75 per person depending on your menu selections and event choices.

The basic menu includes:

A Raw Bar:  Entertain your guests during the cocktail hour with a beautifully presented raw bar with your choice of shellfish.

Chowder:  Served chowder at the table or at cocktail hour

Starters: Steamed clams, little necks and mussels with drawn butter

Dinner: 1 lb. lobster, corn on the cob, sausage, red bliss potatoes, onion, brown bread and green salad served family style

Dessert: Sliced watermelon (family style) and freshly brewed coffee
