THE RAW BAR

We would love to provide the raw bar for the cocktail portion of your event. Beautifully arranged local shellfish is always fresh and delicious. We offer the best of our locally harvested shellfish.

A typical raw bar prepared by Compton Clambakes includes local little necks and oysters on the half shell prepared by our experienced shuckers. We also offer shrimp cocktail, king crab legs and crab claws. You may also want to offer clam or seafood chowder during cocktail hour. The possibilities are many.

Nothing complements a Compton Clambake or any party quite like a Rhode Island raw bar.
